Insurance

Bend Naturopathic Clinic care is covered under many policies by medical insurance providers. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask if your specific policy covers Naturopathic care. A few of the insurance companies that often have coverage available are HMA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, PacificSource, Lifewise, and Fortis.

If you have insurance coverage for naturopathic care, we will be happy to bill for you. We require pre-verification of coverage directly from your insurance company before your visit. Please call us with your insurance information as soon as possible. If we do not have insurance pre-verification, you will be required to pay for all charges with Visa, MasterCard, check or cash at the time of your visit. We will then provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Pre-verification is not a guarantee of payment. All patients are responsible for charges whether or not they are covered by insurance.
